The French Institute is proud to host this year again the International Jazz Day!

This is the 3rd year that the UNESCO designated International Jazz Day will be celebrated in Myanmar, as it is all over the world, highlighting jazz and its role in uniting people.
Yangon’s ’88 Degree Band’ will jam alongside the New Orleans-based Davy Mooney from the Thelonius Monk Institute of Jazz, in a free evening concert and jam session at the French Institute.

Food and drinks available to buy on location.
All are welcome to join a wonderful evening in celebration of Jazz!

L’Institut français célèbre la journée internationale du Jazz!

Célébrée partout dans le monde et pour la troisième fois en Birmanie, la Journée Internationale du Jazz à Rangoun réunira musiciens birmans et internationaux pour une série de concerts gratuits avec 88 Degree Band et the Thelonius Monk Institute of Jazz accompagné de l’artiste Davy Mooney, de La Nouvelle-Orléan.

Restauration: le restaurant le Rendez Vous sera ouvert pendant toute la soirée.
