The workshop “Bogoss” is back with even more creative projects!
What is Bogoss? An exciting after-school program for children 5-11 years. This is a unique opportunity for your children to take part in a collective adventure including Circus arts, physical expression and juggling, all in French.
In February a final performance will present a musical tale mixing choregraphy, performing arts, including drawing, painting, sewing magically transformed by your children in costumes, masks, puppet, and many more.
On Saturday 11th February 2017 the Francophonie Day will celebrate the talents of your children on the main stage of IFB for a joyful moment .
Who can participate? French speakers or non French speakers. Bogoss is an inclusive program allowing the children to be part of a multicultural environment. The teacher interact almost exclusively in French, with a zest of English or Burmese language.
Who are the teachers? Emeline, Julien and Zoé will provide in their discipline (circus/drama) a variety of activities that will keep the children engaged.
Extra outdoor activities
*In November all the children will have an exclusive tour (including snacks) to the site of construction of giant bamboo puppet (8m high) in premiere of Mingalabar Festival, a City scale performing arts festival, in Yangon from 2 to 4 December 2016.
When?
Starting on 4th October 2016
– Tuesday > For 5-8 y.o > 3:30- 5 pm or Thursday > For 5-8 y.o > 3:30- 5pm* (*Depending on the number of children enrolled this 2nd option will be offered)
– Saturday > For 9 -12 y.o > 10-11:30 am
How does that work?
2 teachers for 1 session of 90 min
90 min : 40 min with one teacher 10 min break then 40 min with second teacher
How about the price?
11 Usd for a session of 1:30 hour
