> From Friday 14th to Sunday 16th of November, the French Institute will host films, documentaries and events that show Asian lesbian, gay, bi and transgender lives.
> The &PROUD festival includes 33 long and short films from 12 Asian countries – as well as a Canadian and French film. And we’re very happy to show 7 films from Myanmar, including three shorts created especially for the festival by the Rainbow Reels project.
The programme shows the pride and plight of Asian LGBTs and includes debates, Q&A’s with filmmakers and a FAB party on Saturday night.
> A French movie (Tomboy, France 2011) will be screened on Saturday 15th at 2pm

Tous les films seront projetés à l’IFB (en intérieur & extérieur)
> Du vendredi 14 au dimanche 16novembre, l’Institut français de Birmanie accueillera la première édition du Festival du Film LGBT de Rangoun. Pendant trois jours, fictions et documentaires évoquant le quotidien de la communauté lesbienne, gay, bi et transgenre asiatique seront projetés. Une trentaine de films provenant de douze pays d’Asie, dont sept films birmans, seront présentés et accompagnés de discussions avec les réalisateurs.
> The &PROUD festival se composera de 33 long et court métrages internationaux donc 12 films asiatiques – 1 film canadien et 1 film français. Le festival est partucilèrement fier de pouvoir inclure dans sa programmation 7 films birmans donc 3 court métrages réalisés par Rainbow Reels Project.
Discussions et débats seront également au programme ainsi qu’une FAB PARTY spécialement organisée le samedi soir.

ရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ ့မွာ ပထမဆံုးအၾကိမ္ &PROUDက ျပဳလုပ္က်င္းပမယ့္ ရန္ကုန္ LGBTရုပ္ရွင္ပြဲေတာ္ကို ဒီႏိုဝင္ဘာလမွာ ရႈျမင္ခံစားႏိုင္ေတာ့မွာပါျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ႏိုဝင္ဘာလ ၁၄ရက္ေန ့(ေသာၾကာေန ့) ကေန ၁၆ရက္ေန ့(တနဂၤေႏြေန ့)အထိ ျပင္သစ္ယဥ္ေက်းမႈစင္တာမွာ အာရွတိုက္အတြင္းမွာ မွီတင္းေနထိုင္ၾကတဲ့ အမ်ိဳးသမီးခ်င္း ခ်စ္ခင္စံုမက္သူေတြ(L)၊ အမ်ိဳးသားခ်င္း ခ်စ္ခင္စံုမက္သူေတြ(G)၊ အမ်ိဳးသား၊ အမ်ိဳးသမီးႏွစ္ဦးလံုးကို ခ်စ္ခင္စံုမက္သူေတြ (B) နဲ ့ ဆန္ ့က်င္ဘက္လိင္ကဲ့သို ့ ေျပာင္းလဲဝတ္စားျပဳမူေနထိုင္သူေတြ (T)ရဲ ့ ျဖတ္သန္းရင္ဆိုင္ၾကံဳေတြ ့ေနရတဲ့ ဇာတ္လမ္းတိုရုပ္ရွင္ကားေတြ၊ မွတ္တမ္းတင္ရုပ္ရွင္ကားေတြကို ျပသသြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
&PROUD ရုပ္ရွင္ပြဲေတာ္မွာ အာရွတိုက္အတြင္းမွာရွိတဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံေပါင္း (၁၂) ႏိုင္ငံက ဇာတ္လမ္းတို၊ ဇာတ္လမ္းရွည္ နဲ ့မွတ္တမ္းတင္ရုပ္ရွင္ စုစုေပါင္း (၃၃) ကား အပါအဝင္ ကေနဒါနဲ ့ ျပင္သစ္ရုပ္ရွင္ေတြလည္း ပါဝင္ဦးမွာပါ။ ရင္ခုန္စိတ္လႈပ္ရွားစရာအေနနဲ ့ ျမန္မာရုပ္ရွင္ကား (၇) ကားပါဝင္ျပသမွာျဖစ္ျပီး၊ ဇာတ္လမ္းတို (၃) ကားကေတာ့ Rainbow Reels projectက ဒီရုပ္ရွင္ပြဲေတာ္အတြက္ အထူးတလည္ ရုိက္ကူးထုတ္လုပ္ထားတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီရုပ္ရွင္ပြဲေတာ္က အာရွတိုက္က LGBTေတြရဲ ့ျဖစ္တည္မႈအေပၚ ဂုဏ္ယူဖြယ္ေတြ၊ LGBT ျဖစ္ျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ခံစားေနရ(ခဲ့ရ)တဲ့ အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေသာ ပံုရိပ္အဆိုး၊အေကာင္းေတြကို ရႈျမင္ၾကရမွာျဖစ္ျပီး၊ အျပန္အလွန္ေဆြးေႏြးျငင္းခံုပြဲေလးေတြ အပါအဝင္ ရုပ္ရွင္ရိုက္ကူးတင္ဆက္သူေတြနဲ ့အေမး၊အေျဖ က႑ေတြလည္းပါဝင္မွာပါ။ ရန္ကုန္က Lesbians, Gays and Friends ေတြရဲ ့ရိုးရာအစဥ္အလာမျပတ္တဲ့ FAB party ကိုလည္း စေနေန ့ညမွာ ဆက္လက္ဆင္ႏႊဲဖို ့ရွိလို ့ အားလံုးကို ဖိတ္ေခၚပါတယ္။
ရုပ္ရွင္ပြဲေတာ္နဲ ့အစီအစဥ္အားလံုးအားလံုးက ဝင္ေၾကးအခမဲ့ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ရုပ္ရွင္အားလံုးကို ျမန္မာစာတန္းထိုးနဲ ့ ျပသသြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္ (Lilting နဲ့ Tomboy မွလြဲ၍)
