FRANCAIS DU TOURISME
Do you want to become a tourist guide? Work in a travel agency or in airlines companies? Maybe you work already in an hotel or a residential hotel or restaurant where you have to deal with francophone clientele?
This course is intended for non-beginners (A2 level) and is open to all people wishing to communicate to:
– Obtain language competences to effectively communicate in French in professional situations,
– Enter a French speaking company specialized in tourism and hotel industry,
– Acquire competence in French for tourism guiding.
Our advantages
-Experienced teachers in this type of training,
-Priority given to oral communication,
-A certificate is awarded to participants who have completed the program.
Content
-Understand the French and francophone clients and get to know:
-How to welcome clients at the airport, hotel, and restaurant;
-How to provide information on transportation and itinerary for a tour;
-How to describe a hotel, city or monument;
-How to take a message on the phone;
-How to help a client to choose, organize, buy or reserve something;
-How to help the client to change, cancel a reservation or service;
A certificate is awarded to all the participants who have completed the program
Duration : 48 hours. 2hours twice a week
